# App Crash on Lunch time

Sendbird Uikit iOS: We are experiencing growing number or users reporting app crash on lunch.

We see this crash logs in our Firebase Crashytics report.  
It shows SendbirdChatSDK.  
Crashed: com.sendbird.core.message\_collection\_ EXC\_BREAKPOINT

We were on 3.17.0, but tried to downgrade to version = 3.26.0, but it did not help.

Hi @David_Vardanyan,

To clarify, you were on 3.17.0 and tried upgrading to 3.26.0, but the update didn’t work, and you still saw the same crash.

What is the Chat SDK version installed in your project? An internal issue was fixed in iOS Chat SDK version 4.21.2 (currently, we are on version 4.21.3). Could you check your Chat SDK version and try to update it to the latest Chat SDK and UIKit versions (the latest UIKit version is 3.27.2)?

, sorry for the typo, We were on 3.27.0 and tried to downgrade to 3.26.0 which didn’t fix the issue.

We are on SenbirdChatSDK 4.19.3 now, is it connected to the original issue?

Good morning @Ian ,

thanks for the response. while we are working on upgrade to the latest version. I wanted to add extra details on the crash report to make sure we are on the same page and referring to the same issue. Please see attached screenshot from Xcode for more details.  
Basically it’s swift runtime failure of required ranges:
