Our team has been testing SendBird Calls with the provided sample app, _version: 1.4.1_ ([https://github.com/sendbird/quickstart-calls-javascript](https://github.com/sendbird/quickstart-calls-javascript)). We deployed a code sample using “[https://ngrok.com/](https://ngrok.com/)”. We have tested with various devices: iPhone 6 / 7 / 11 / 11 Pro, Samsung Note 10 / Galaxy S8. Having tested with android phones we did not reveal any issues, everything works perfectly fine. However, when testing with iPhones, sometimes audio quality is poor with noise and sometimes the microphone does not seem to connect at all, even though permission was granted. In some cases, the audio quality was good, either from the very beginning or after we waited for a minute or so. We really hope there is some way around this issue, as we are looking forward to using your service. Thank you for your time and assistance in advance. I would appreciate your quick response. ---

Can I get information such as the APPID and user account used during the test? And did you ever use earphones or wireless earphones when testing? ---

APP\_ID: “DA9E26EC-CB0C-4A4B-B081-471DF8F635A1” No, we have not used earphones or anything else for testing. Also, I wanted to clarify that we tested the Android phone with the Chrome browser and the iPhones with the Safari browser. ---

You only see this by using [https://ngrok.com](https://ngrok.com)? I use it and for complex and large information is not giving me good results… Have you tried hosting on Github or Heroku (or any other you may know)? ---

No, we haven’t tried other hosting options, ngrok isn’t the cause of the issue as it seems, as Android phones work fine. ---
