Can we temporarily insert a person from our company into a 1:1 chat?

We currently have 1:1 chat set up between two people. We’d like to:

  • Ask permission in the chat from the users for us (a coach from our company) to enter the chat for a defined period of time (e.g., 30 mins)
  • Have one of our Admin users enter the chat, and be able to chat live with the two users for a period of time
  • Have our Admin user leave the chat at the end of the period

How should we go about doing this?

You can definitely insert someone into a channel and later remove them as you see fit. How you would do this would depend on how your Admins are utilizing chat. Are they consuming chat via your application or via the Dashboard?
