# Chat doesn't load

**[Problem/Question]**  
When we try to load a page that has the js SDK on a group channel, the endpoint returns error without a descriptive error message

**[SDK Version]**  
4.17.1

**[Frequency]**  
been happening for past 17hrs

**[Current impact]**  
None of our users are able to chat ATM

Hi @Daniel_Ukwu,

This request is a test request made by the SDK to check that the client device can access the Sendbird server. It is not an actual error message, just a dummy request.

In your network request, it appears there could be another error occurring with request `236`.

I’ve replied to your original support case. Please follow up with me on that email thread with the requested information.
