Seem some users got crashes multiple times. You can see 2 images I attached below. The same user (id 256537), the same device (iPhone 13 Pro Max)
@hirophan Thanks for the detail information. In theory, it shouldn’t be happened because SRSocket should not be triggered once the flag is stored in userDefault and start to using native socket instead SRSocket. Would you be able to analyze the crash how many users experiencing this crash multiple times? (also how many crash on same user)
@Woo I see that around 15-20% users got this crash. Even some users got it 4 times. Seem we got around 300 crash events per week
how’s sdk version distribution among users? are they all using latest one?
