# Error occurred on Group channel in Dashboard

There is an error that “Cannot read property ‘moderation\_tools’ of undefined” on ‘Group channels’ in SendBird dashboard([https://dashboard.sendbird.com/my\_app\_id/group\_channels](https://dashboard.sendbird.com/my_app_id/group_channels)).

Why does this occur? How to fix it?  
if you need my app id, i want it be secure like not posting here.

I’m getting the same error message. Also the system won’t let me DM you directly, Alex.
