# Error while using sendbird syncmanager

Hy,  
I am using sendbird sync manager with sendbird sdk and getting following error  
SendBirdSyncManager.getInstance().clearCache();  
please guide me with this as their is no solution available that I can find

Otherwise, can you please share the full trace of the error and the platform you are working on? (Android, iOS or JavaScript)
