If there is a button or some UI that allows us to bulk close the pending ticket when we want. It would help us a lot in managing all these pending tickets.
Yes it would help us if Sendbird has a feature to bulk closing since what we can do now to close open/pending ticket is by assigning ticket and close it manually one by one
