We would like to try using SendBird and avail of its services. Can we use PCC or MAU in the Starter pricing plan during the Free Trial?

Can you please reach out to the sales team from Sendbird Dashboard → Contact Us and share your requirements there with the detailed use case. Someone from the sales team will reach out to you.
Additionally during the free trial, you can use the PCC (Peak Concurrent Connections) and MAU (Monthly Active Users) limits included in the Starter pricing plan. The Starter plan includes 5,000 MAU and 100 PCC. However, keep in mind that overages may apply if you exceed these limits.
