Dear ad,
I’m working on Sendbird Javascript SDK v3. I’m using `getTotalUnreadMessageCount` to get total unread message count. But I recognize that response of `getTotalUnreadMessageCount` only includes unread text messages, it does not include unread file messages.

Can you confirm that current `getTotalUnreadMessageCount` does not support file message or this is a bug?

Thanks in advance!

Hi @tinhuynh,

Welcome to the Sendbird community. Unread count should definitely include file messages. Let me take a look at this and see if I can determine what is going on.
