# How can I send a GIF?

Im using [Sendbird Flutter SDK](https://pub.dev/packages/sendbird_sdk) and [giphy\_picker](https://pub.dev/packages/giphy_picker) . Should i use UserMessage or FileMessage? what’s the best or efficient way of sending a GIF?

I used UserMessage and display the [OG](https://sendbird.com/docs/chat/v3/flutter/guides/group-channel-advanced#2-display-open-graph-tags-in-a-message). it’s working now.
