# Leave Channel method overriding

Hey, Sendbird people!  
There are two types of channels in our application - required for mission participants and optional.  
Users can’t leave the required channel, only turn off notifications.  
Could you extend implementation of **SBUOpenChannelSettingsViewController.swift** and add the ability to override **leaveChannel()** method and/or edit the List of items available for this screen?

Ability to override leaveChannel in SBUChannelListViewController will be helpful too
