I have the same issue. Why it is not working? I can receive the message through the push notification tester, but when I send the message from the channel not receive any push notification. ---

Do you see any issue with any settings here? Currently, I can’t receive a push notification when someone sends a message to me. I did try "the push notification tester: tool, and it’s working, but the regular messages are not received. ---

Hi @Chinmaya_Gupta. I’m having the same issue. Test push notifications via FCM are working fine. However, when sending an actual message through the app, no push notifications are triggered. Am I missing any configuration on the app? ---

Hi @Mauricio. Could you please check your dashboard settings? **In Dashboard\> Select your app\>Settings\>Push Notification\> Push notifications for multi-device users,** Send to devices both offline and online should be selected. If it is not selected, please select it and try again. ---

you have to add “always\_push” field as true when registering push token on this method `registerPushToken`
