# Retrieve all users without pagination

Hi there, I want to retrieve all the users but the only option available is per page, do we have other way to retrieve it in one request? Thanks.

Take note: I’m using platform api

All the filters we have here in our documentation: [List users | Chat Platform API | Sendbird Docs](https://sendbird.com/docs/chat/v3/platform-api/user/listing-users/list-users) that will help you get the users you want (reduce the number of pages) but we always respond in pages (you can have thousands of users and that’s a big process for any server).

Okay thanks, I manage to used the next token pagination by the way, so no worry 🙂
