• Added the methods below to `SBDGroupChannel` class.  
• `createChannelWithParams:progressHandler:completionHandler:`  
• `createDistinctChannelIfNotExistWithParams:progressHandler:completionHandler:`  
• `updateChannelWithParams:progressHandler:completionHandler:`  
• Fixed bug of `requestId` in `SBDBaseMessage` object.
