# Sending large Message File issues iOS

when sending a large message file it will take a while to send(that is ok), but if we leave the chat while it is sending and come back in before it sent, the message is not part of the conversation.  
and sometimes entering and leaving the same conversation/channel more than 2 times while it is sending message disappears and was never sent.

@Cris_Warren Does this occur while using the Javascript SDK in a web based application or are you using a mobile application?

SDK

- SendBirdSDK (3.0.187)
  - SendBirdSyncManager (1.1.25):
    - SendBirdSDK (~\> 3.0.178)

iOS: the app is compatible with iOS 12.0+
