# Something went wrong on chat screen

I included the embed code that was available in the website for chatbot in my application. when clicking on the icon i am getting “something went wrong” message. from my side everything is working fine. it is not showing any errors or endpoint failures. and the buttons in them are also not working - cancel and retry
