# 400108 에러코드는 어떤 경우에 발생하나요?

저희 앱은 아래의 sendbird 버전을 이용하여 서비스중에 있습니다.

- iOS  
pod ‘SendBirdUIKit’ , ‘2.2.2’  
pod ‘SendBirdSDK’ , ‘3.1.3’

- Android  
implementation ‘com.sendbird.sdk:sendbird-android-sdk:3.1.10’  
implementation ‘com.sendbird.sdk:uikit:2.2.5’

- 에러 발생 함수  
SBDGroupChannel.createChannel(with: params) { channel, error in }

- 에러 내용  
Error Domain=Not authorized. “Group channel creation is not allowed from clients.”. Code=400108 “Not authorized. “Group channel creation is not allowed from clients.”.” UserInfo={NSLocalizedDescription=Not authorized. “Group channel creation is not allowed from clients.”.}

어떠한 케이스에서 위와 같은 이슈가 발생하는지 알수 있을까요?  
저희 앱의 경우 sendbird 대시보드에 서버별로 프로젝트를 생성하여  
app key를 다르게 사용중인데 특정 서버에서만 저 에러코드가 발생하고 있습니다.  
기존 생성된 채널에서는 문제가 없고 신규 채널 생성시 createChannel 함수를 호출하면  
모든 유저 계정에서 동일한 에러코드를 뱉네요.
