Difference between package "sendbird" vs "@sendbird/chat"

In the latest versions of both, what is the difference between them? Which one should I use for an angular web app?

The tutorial works with Sendbird Chat SDK version 3(v3.1.32).
We introduced the new version of Chat SDK v4 for JavaScript(“@sendbird/chat”). Since v4 has major breaking changes, you should refer to the migration guide(link) if needed.
