is there a way to download file from a message using platform api? i am trying to access the files in a webhook

Hello @Abenezer, Welcome to Sendbird Community.

By default, the URL in the FILE messages is authenticated.

You can authenticate the file URL by adding the Api-Token to the headers of the GET request.
