On the ios Application, I received two notification in comming message.
Steps:
- Open app Start new desk ticket group
- Close app, lock screen
- Send first message from sendbird dashboard
- Application received duplicate two msg

This could be due to the way the notifications are being handled in your app’s code. You may need to check your code implementation to ensure that duplicate notifications are not being sent.
If the issue persists then can you please share a video recording showing the issue? As I just have texted this but was unable to reproduce the issue.
