Getting failed to fetch post api error

I have been getting this error for a long time in my error tracker.
Failed to fetch: POST https://api-.sendbird.com/v3/storage/file
But my file uploads/viewing and message sending/receiving is working fine.

Any ideas on where is it coming from?
