Can we disable chat box or don’t allow user to send message for closed tickets.or any tickets can we just make message box disable just see the existing messages for some tickets

What do you mean tickets?
Unfoutunately, Android UIKit doesn’t support disabling chat box. Our UIKit source code is open. So, you can modify codes whatever you want. You can modify ChannelFragment, ChannelViewModel classes.
