I want to get everyone out of the chat room and then freeze or archive the room, but the moment I get everyone out, the chat room disappears.
Is there any way to keep the room without anyone?
Hi @seona_jung The channel is still in the database but when you retrieve the channels, it will not show because there is no user id in the channel. You can find the channel details by channel URL.
Also, before archiving please add user_ids to channel metadata and save it. Then you can find the channel via filtering with metadata.
