[Maximum number of direct calls]
Are there any rate limits or maximum number of direct call.

It’s interesting that you are asking about rate limits and the maximum number of direction.
It seems important to know this information in order to evaluate Sendbird’s call product.
I’m answering under the assumption that have not yet started using Sendbird’s direct calls.
In this case I would define “rate limits” in terms of API calls, and actual creation of direct calls.
We do have API call rate limits that you may need to consider which are typically used when operating direct calls in production:
These end points are usually of concern as you launch and need to create users ahead of time.

Sendbird applications are rate-limited to ensure the best experience for all users. The rate limits vary depending on your plan’s allowed quota of monthly active users (MAU).
In terms of maximum calls, there isn’t a fixed limit. You can use as many calls as you like. If you anticipate 10s of thousands of calls a day then it is well worth getting in touch with Sendbird directly. With this kind of volume we are keen to make sure we meet your requirements.

I am using Sendbird Direct Call, but recently, I have noticed that some calls are not reaching the receiver. I would like to know if others have experienced the same issue and what might be causing this.
