I need to send ticket notes with platform api request. But can see new notes only after refresh page.
For my feature it’s expected to see this notes immediately after sending it with api request.
Is it bug or not? Is it possible to have such behavior?

It is possible to have real-time updates for ticket notes using Sendbird Desk API. You can use webhooks to receive updates in real time when a new note is added to a ticket.
Alternatively, you can use the Sendbird Chat SDK to integrate real-time updates into your client app. This will allow you to receive updates as soon as they are added to the ticket, without the need to refresh the page.
