Passing custom end reason for calls

We use call history as a source-of-truth for overall call functionality. We would like to pass in a custom end reason other than those given to us by Sendbird. Therefore, I was wondering if there is a possibility to open up the API to pass custom reasons?

At the moment no, is there a chance you can use custom_items? I believe you can add your own custom reason there.
