Sendbird Salesforce connector - offline and Not Ready - Break statuses

  1. Is there any documentation or anything that explains where this Not Ready - Break status and Offline status is coming from?

  2. Do we need to be online, how do we add this and where?

    1. what is the purpose of this, as messages come in and things seem to work without this statuses
