Very annoying that billing proccessed after deactivate my account

This is third time that biling processed after deactivate my account.

should i have to send email every month?

even i can’t send a email via sendbird contact us page because i’m Inactive organization.

i’m very annoying that this happens again and again. how can i contact to sendbird billing team.
