“Websocket connection failed” error returned from Sendbird when trying to connect whilst Global Protect is running on computer.
Is this a known issue with any vpns or similar technologies?

I apologize for the late response. We’ve not received any reports of users having issues while utilizing a VPN. Typically if there were issues, it would be on the VPN/Firewall that is blocking the connection/web socket.
