About group calls recording

Hello!

I have 3 questions:

  1. The documentation says that conversation recording in group calls starts when there are at least 3 participants. Is it possible for our account to make it so that the conversation recording starts from 2 participants? Otherwise, we will not be able to use your service.
  2. Judging by the picture in the documentation, the recordings are saved in separate files for each participant’s speech. Is it possible to make the recording common for all participants?
  3. Is the price $0.0014 per minute of conversation of all participants or minute/participant?

  1. If a group call occurs, the recording starts in Open rooms when there are more than two participants and ends when no participants are left.

You can use direct call recording if its just 2 participants.

  1. There will be just one recorded file (common for all participants), which can be downloaded from the dashboard.

  2. Yes, its Rate per Minute per User.
