Our team has been testing SendBird Calls with the provided sample app, version: 1.4.1 (https://github.com/sendbird/quickstart-calls-javascript).
We deployed a code sample using “https://ngrok.com/”.
We have tested with various devices: iPhone 6 / 7 / 11 / 11 Pro, Samsung Note 10 / Galaxy S8.
Having tested with android phones we did not reveal any issues, everything works perfectly fine.
However, when testing with iPhones, sometimes audio quality is poor with noise and sometimes the microphone does not seem to connect at all, even though permission was granted. In some cases, the audio quality was good, either from the very beginning or after we waited for a minute or so.
We really hope there is some way around this issue, as we are looking forward to using your service.
