Billing standard of translating messages

There are two ways to translate messages

  • Auto-translate messages
  • Translate messages on-demand

What is the billing standard according to the two cases?

For example, in an open channel, there is a chat “I love birds!” 13-character chat.
As a Translate messages on-demand method, a user requests a translation of the Korean and Japanese.
And another user asked for a translation in German
In this case How many characters were used in the Monthly Quota?
