I am a SWE at, where we build marketplace for Visa applications. I have been integrating Sendbird chat in our website for a couple of days now.
Now I want to connect our frontend to Sendbird’s websocket, because we want to display that a user has received a new message (when they are in a different page). I tried to add my backend URL to webhook, but website doesn’t allow me to do so. Otherwise, can I establish websocket connection with Sendbird to have direct communication with our frontend?
