Our service uses iOS UIKit2.2.2.
Please let me know if there is any impact if I continue to use UIKit2.2.2.

Welcome to Sendbird community!
Customers who want to keep using the older versions will not be affected. As we allow UIKit V1 and V2 users to use the old versions even though the latest one is V3. Mandatory suggestion for customers who will move onto the new version.
But please make sure to upgrade the UiKit to latest version as a best practice as it has lot of additional fixes.
