Hey there!
We have an app using both sendbird chat and desk and we need to show the total unread message count for the open tickets as well as the closed tickets but separated from the regular chats. I didn’t found anything on the chat or desk documentation for that so I wonder if you guys can add those to the desk sdk or let me know if there’s already a way to get that from the chat sdk.
