Notifications are accessible under the Notifications section of your application.

It is not listed by default, Do we have to update the plan or anything for that section to appear?

I can’t tell specifically which application you’re looking at in your organization however its likely the region the application is in does not support notifications.

Can you provide me with the application ID or name so I can confirm?

I am not sure whether I can share the Application details due to security reasons, but anyways our applications are pointing to North Virginia 2, USA and Mumbai, India regions.
