How to check message usage count group by channel type?

Hello.

My team is using sendbird chat on various purposes.
We want to check how many messages are sent depending on purpose.
Each case has different group channel custom type like below

channel purpose | channel custom type

private 1:1 chat | private_dm
private 1:N chat | private_group
public 1:N chat | public_group

Is is possible to see message usage graph grouped by custom channel type?

Yes. Sendbird has an Advanced Analytics API and dashboard which can provide the data you are looking for. Please note, that Advanced Analytics is a permium feature which you need to contact Sendbird’s Sales team about.
