Hello SB Community,
I created a response workflow to capture a customer’s email address. Can anyone tell me how to generate a transcript of a specific chat and then automatically email it to the customer’s stated email address?
Transcripts are a very common chat feature and I’m surprised that Sendbird doesn’t offer this functionality as a basic.
