Media player playback doesn't audible other end

we have integrated sendbird sdk and successfully connect one-to-one audio call
However, when we try to play media player playback audio in one device, it doesn’t audible in second device on speaker mode.
here, we notice that if we change from speaker mode to earpiece mode(AudioDevice.EARPIECE)media player playback audio can hear in second device.
can some one please guide.

Could you confirm if this is what you are facing ?

  1. user1 and user 2 are talking on a 1:1 video call
    2.1. user1 play media, user2 can’t hear on his/her device if it’s on speaker mode
    2.2. user1 play media, user2 can hear on his/her device if it’s on earpiece mode

We are using 1:1 audio call only, no video.

Yes, we are not able to hear media player audio at other end.

Additional:

Requirement:

  1. Media Playback can be heard on speaker mode.
  2. Local voice recording file formate to .flac or .wav (For google cloud speech to text conversion)

    Tested OS - Android 7 to 10
  2. iOS
    Tested OS - iOS 11 and 14.2
