Messages with URL links sent by agent is not appearing in chat thread

Hi. We’ve noticed recently that messages sent by agents (via the Desk interface) with URL links are not being displayed properly. This was not an issue before. And messages with links sent by users (via the app SDK integratration) do not experience this. Has anything changed recently?

There was some issue but it has been fixed now. Can you please check and confirm if it’s all working as expected now?
