guys, it’s not supporting full screen mode it’s notification style and i talked to support and they confirmed it because of google restrictions
If you reference that article you linked, for API 29 and above there are exceptions to that. I mentioned it above here. Without that permission you might be out of luck. In iOS it seems similar that full screen notifications aren’t default.

The app has been granted the SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW permission by the user.
