PreviousMessageListQuery firsttime 500 internal error, next not from last

Hi~
I have 2 questions
I use PreviousMessageListQuery with customTypes

  1. After app started, then loadNext() with response 500 internal server error in 2 ~ 4 times in OpenChannel. why internal error?
  2. If first time success, then loadNext() should from first with reverse is false( default )
    Could not loadNext

sdk version. 3.0.13 ~ 3.0.14-nullsafety.3

I’d love to better understand why you’re getting those 500 errors. Could you DM me your Application ID and a time/example where you get the 500? I can track it internally to see whats going on.
