SendbirdCall not taking camera after 2nd time load

Hi,

I have a vue web application, where I used SendBirdCall by CDN. There I create automatic video call rooms for 10 minutes.

My users join their dynamically allocated rooms and talk with each other for 10 minutes. If there is no browser reload happens, it works well. But for some reason, if one user had to reload the browser and rejoin the room, then sometimes that user’s camera doesn’t take stream anymore. Other users see nothing because there is no stream.

What I can do to solve this issue?

Can you rephrase what do you mean by “if one user had to reload the browser and rejoin the room, then sometimes that user’s camera doesn’t take stream anymore.”

So if the user refreshes their browser and rejoins to the room that he/she was, then the camera does not work? Is that what you mean?
