I have asked Sendbird support and have been waiting on an answer for a couple of days now so I thought I’d reach out and see if anyone here can help. I’m trying to connect my free trial of the Sendbird AI chatbot to Zapier but it’s asking for a CHANNEL URL and I have no idea where to find it. I’ve searched all of the dashboard and don’t see the channel URL anywhere. I do not do code and do not know how to run the SDK where I believe it retrieves the channels for Sendbird. My question is does anyone know how to find my bot’s channel url and/or do you think I can’t find it because I’m on the free trial? I’m happy to pay for the premium version but only if I know it will work. Thanks in advance if anyone can help!!!
