UIKit v3 and react doesn't work

I have followed the instructions of this tutorial step by step:

But the loaded chat’s UI doesn’t work and is stuck on loading without any network activity or console error!

There was a connection issue in v3.0.1

Please try 3.1.0 or 3.0.2

I have the same issue, spent a whole day on it. The Sendbird SDK just doesn’t initialize, doesn’t send any request to sendbird server. I have past all required data, but nothing works.
I’m on “@sendbird/uikit-react”: “^3.4.5”,
