(Un)ban, (Un)mute user is not on real time

[Problem/Question]
I did test on mute, ban function with 2 account simulatenously.
But even though one user ban/mute the other user, the other user can chat and its status is not updated on real time.

The other user should refresh page for getting banned/muted.
Could you please fix it?

Can you explain your testing and how you’re banning multiple accounts? A working example in something like codesandbox or stackblitz would be beneficial.
