[Urgent] Not able to send videos in Chat anymore while using the Android / iOS Mobile SDK

[Problem/Question]
Hello Sendbird,

It’s been a few days since we are not able to send videos in chat while using the mobile SDK, both for Android and iOS.
We haven’t updated our SDK versions or anything, so that is even stranger.
We have been using Sendbird in production for 5 months now, and we need this to be resolved ASAP.

com.sendbird.sdk:sendbird-chat:4.0.8

we also tried
com.sendbird.sdk:sendbird-chat:4.2.1
but didn’t work either

[Current impact]
This is not allowing thousands of production users to send videos

Any suggestions?
