My application is running on store and I am using chat SDK for free … Now I want to upgrade my plan with chat and call together. also I want to transfer my app to another account. So can you help for the same.

Welcome to the Sendbird Community. Plans are only utilized for chat. Calls simply use vouchers that you purchase as needed.
We cannot transfer applications between accounts. Is there any reason you want to move the app under a different account?
