Hello, As an admin I can read all the messages from the users in the Dashboard. Is there a way that I can disable this feature?

Welcome to the Sendbird community!
In Sendbird Dashboard navigate to Sendbird Organization → Roles. There you will find a option for create roles. You can create a roles based on your requirements and create viewing only permissions accordingly.
